I'm turning 23 in a matter of hours...I'm glad I can say that I'm happy with where I am in my life....of course there is always something more we could have or want, but at this particular moment I feel that all the major pieces of my life in place. Now its a matter of finding the next ones to lay down beside the rest.

I am going to find out in a few days some results to important tests. I may have some weird arthritis or worse, lupus.... Be what it may I will get through it. I am mentally prepared for anything. (except maybe midterms lol jkjk). I have faith in God his abilities to overcome the impossible.

This weekend was my brother's 10th birthday. I spent the weekend hanging out with him and my family (as I do every weekend lol). I can remember the day Alejandro was born and it is so crazy and mind boggling to think of everything that my family and I have gone through. We have been through deaths, births, financial struggles, graduations, health issues and the list can go on and on. Despite it all we got through it with the help of God and the strenght of each other. I am so thankful and blessed to have a family like mine.

I was also able to see my love, Aaron, interact with my fam....he is just so cute and I hope he becomes part of the team (if thats in God's plan) :)

I'm in my apartment bundled up in blankets and sweaters...I feel like a little grown up...I think getting my own apartment was the best decision I've made since I moved here to SD. So relaxing.

I miss Aaron, hopefully we can be living together soon. :D

Wow I haven't written here in a while. I at home on break for Thanksgiving ....its been the best few days in a long time...I've been able to relax and now I can't wait for winter break!!!  k im out....i miss aaron

That I have Mara here with me at my apartment :) I brought him along with me this week and it seems to be working out just fine. At first I felt bad that he was in an apartment with no backyard, but I took him outside almost every hour and I took him to a dog park. The dog park was awesome, I ran around with him and got in some exercise for myself. I think I got sunburned. He is laying at the end of my bed sooo cute. I think I will take him to the park tomorrow after I look at the computers. I don't have class until 2:30 so I wanna maximize my time.

I found out that my dear little PC is gonna give out on me soon. :( Well the screen anyways. That will cost like 400 big ones so I figure I'll just put that towards a new one. (I got three opinions today and all said to just scrap the thing :( ) I think that I am going to go for the new Macbook. we'll see how that goes. I'll go check them out in the am when the store opens so I wont have to deal with the crowd that is always there..ugh

I had dinner with Ashlee to day at Mo's. That was fun my hamburger was tasty..Dennis served us...He likes Josue ahahha..

I saw b*delicious at Mo's kinda weird..Him and Josue were fighting so I felt all spy stylee letting Josue know when he left and stuff lol all lame...I wonder if people thought me and ashlee were a lesbian couple haha..

I have a lot of research to get done and I haven't even made it to the library. UGH I hate the library...it smells like dentist office and it creeps me out!

Okay well I'm gonna review my cases for tomorrow and then hit the hay

ooooh before i forget...I got a blood test back today good news I don't seem to have arthritis ...weird results and I need to go back in...I am praying and keeping my faith that whatever it is I will get through it. :)

Off to work then bed!

Im sitting in my contracts class...we are reviewing today because the professor got back the class questionaire...her reviews were not good lol....she tries to be too professory and it takes away from my learning...all her diagrams that are too small to see and i sit in the front row! resolution is bad cuz its a scaned copy and is blown up on a huge screen...ugh..

i have my midterm at 10am...im nervous....omg omg omg...

i also read the answer guide for my torts midterm...I dont know if I did super good...idk maybe i could have flushed out the issues more...at least that gives me an idea of where im at and what i need to do for the next midterms im gonna take on

i am sooo tired...i need sleep...i kept waking up like every 30 mins last night cuz i was scared i was going to sleep in and miss my test :( omg and all i dreamed about was personal jurisdiction, purposeful availment and reasonableness...my dreams are being infultrated by law...i dont like that...i feel like i eat, sleep, drink the law..what is wrong with me...lol..

I am looking at a flyer on the door in front of me...for a laker's game on the 21st...hmm discounted tickets for students..I think Im gonna go it seems like fun..

I turned in my Memo 1 aka Legal Writing midterm. I got it in on time, managed to get a coffee and get a case brief from westlaw. haha...sheesh I woke up at 6:35 and was in the car by 7:15 at the school at 750....

Im super tired...so i think i'm going to take a nap as soon as i get back home... :) a lil reward

It is weird how something so simple can comfort someone so much.

I'm home for the weekend. I came down last night and I'm so glad to be home. I missed my family and i missed my dogs (they were all surrounding me right now)

I'm almost finished with half of my homework for Monday..so that's good. I wanna leave late on Sunday...the more time here the better...

I need to look at past exams to start preparing for midterms...yikes..i'm kinda nervous but i'll wait to worry about it until it gets closer.

So I've been slightly under the weather lately. No fun let  me tell you. I just wanna be feeling 100% so I can move along with everything.

I'm on the ballot to run for 1L representative in SBA at school. I'm excited I need to think of a campaign strategy soon. I'm meeting up with Josue as soon as I get back to SD. I'm gonna have him work on a little flyer type deal so I can post it up and around the classes. I really wanna get involved in SBA somehow so even if I'm not elected I'll sit on a committee or something.

Okay I'm going to go read.

I feel nauseated. I need to find an urgent care there 2MRW! I need a Rx for my back that doesn't get me sick :(

uuugh I guess i'm gonna go brief my last case of the night and wait for my love to get home :)

Okay so I've been having really bad back pain. Since this is not a completely new problem I had some meds in my reserves. I took them and my back feels a lot better, but I can hardly stay awake!!! UGH

Well today I had my early classes. I love having the rest of my day to do work and get stuff done. I went to Costco and exchanged my GPS for another type. I'm really happy with the new one. It says the names of the streets and whatnot. I'm also happy at the fact that I am navigating the streets and freeways of SD without my GPS too! I can get to school and all the major malls with ease! ahhaa

Speaking of navigating with ease this morning that was NOT the case. All the schools started today and the freeways were A MESS!!! There were buses everywhere and extra cars near my apt cuz of the schools down the street. My normal 10 minute drive was almost 30 minutes. I'm hoping it gets better. Also there was a fire on one fo the freeways so people were being diverted. lol

Anyways I went home this weekend. It was nice being able to sleep in without hearing ralph the roster and the noisy kids next door. I loooved seeing Aaron and having out magnificent lil away time :) He makes me super duper happy.!!!!!!!!

Ugh on the not so good side of my weekend i did NOT get much work done which was kinda bad. I also left relatively late and had to come home and work all the way until after 3am and get up at 630am to get ready to leave for class :( I'm kinda tired but eh. I'm gonna have to leave earlier on weekends that I go home and just carry my books everywhere with me!!!

Anyways I'm supposed to be doing my homework for tomorrow lol. I better get back to that.

ps I cleaned the whole kitchen when I got back earlier. I'm gonna go get a swifter or something cuz the floor is looking kinda dirty.
